PHP script - Expert - AJAX/PHP Call to excute a sequence of PHP action in background with result

I am looking a a PHP Expert to built a AJAX page that call a php file in background.
I am also looking for an expert to sortout the PHP file to be a succession of command (mainly URL call and Sleep) in the sequence.
Example can be sent to the developper if needed.
So it will be PHP genration & debug and AJAX integration.
