PHP login & register + page to communicate with 3rd party API

I need to develop a system in which there will be a registration, user login, their role based on the purchased package (I will provide details in a message) and one page in which there will be a form through which to control the API of the third party, actually I want to 1:1 resell their service. So for the control I just want one page with the form mentioned above and a table of currently running actions from the API and their expiration and a stop button
(I will provide Bootstrap 5 admin template)
