PHP implementation of mod_auth_openidc

This project only has one very specific deliverable:

We need assistance from an apache/php expert to configure: mod_auth_openidc

Specifics:

- We have an Azure test environment with a registered enterprise app
- We would like to authenticate users to a simple php page
- We do not want to use simplesaml, phpsaml, or a full blown third party application. We are specifically looking for assistance implementing mod_auth_openidc
- The project is to be delivered via a Remote Desktop sharing session. One of my team will be performing the configuration with the assistance of the selected bidder.
