PHP-fusion DB (mySQL) convert and upload to bbPress

I was an avid user of PHP-fusion since 2001 however after the passing of the developer (Digi) the maintenance of the platform was not as strong (security-wise) and my vast forum was infected with thousands of fake users and 'interesting' posts. I since took it completely down however saved all of the content and now ready to re-upload however, my reason for being here, is to get some help. A few of the items in this project indluce:
- Convert the existing PHP-Fusion Db I have to bbPress
* This includes users
* Change extensions where necessary from www.%%%%.net to www.%%%%.network.
- De-duplicate duplicates where necessary.
* I have 3 Db all from the same source however after a massive cleaning some are bigger / smaller than others.
- Upload and test / verify working to the new website.
* The domain name has slightly changed from www.%%%%.net to www.%%%%.network
