PHP fixes and functions added to my website

Ok, so I got a new website. If you want to check it out, it's boroughradio.com
1. Issues
MY PLAYER: When clicking the play button it doesn't start automatically(usually have to press it once or twice), same issue when when I have tracks in a roll and/or want to play a playlist. The next track won't play, usually have to hit play or switch to the next track.
2. Added functionality
(In the admin panel)
I need to be able to view the Total Listening Hours (TLH)for each track played between daily,monthly,yearly periods and I need this to be able exported in CSV if needed with column headers as Track Title, Artist, Plays, Youtube Plays, local mp3 plays. And to be updated for additional tracks that will be uploaded.
3. (website)
I need the website to play if (Guest/visitor) youtube video version of music
I need the website to play if (User or Paid Subscriber) person is logged in the mp3 version or if (user) wishes to toggle youtube video music version.
4. (website ads)
Ads only displayed for Guest/Visitor or User.. Not for paid subscriber
To do this work you will have access to the admin control panel as well as access to cpanel for database and file manager for php revisions.
