PHP expert to troubleshoot minor compatibility issue with extractor / PHP conflict issue in the code

This is a very small project. I have an FFMPEG extractor script and the script is working perfectly on many control panels with PHP 7.3 and above except for Virtualmin.
I believe the code is conflicting with the PHP version in the Virtualmin or need to adjust the code a bit to work.
if anyone can help me troubleshoot this script to work with Virtualmin then you can accept this job. I need someone who is good at communicating and not offline all the time.
I need serious dev. so we don't waste any time. will give access to the development server so it is much easier for u to troubleshoot the issue.
