PHP expert needed to update my video extractor

I'm looking for a PHP expert to troubleshoot my video extractor plugin.
The script is working just fine and the video is converted using FFMPEG. However, the only issue is video download or fetching is really slow due to the source site have changed recently.
The video is still downloading to the server but it is really slow so I need someone to just update the code a little bit.
NOTE: I do not have a server running so you will have to test the script on your dev. server or locally so don't expect any server access to test the script please.
If your bit is higher than what I've posted please don't bother wasting time bcoz I will not be able to afford it.
