PHP expert needed

I am looking for someone who will teach developers in my new company about web development.
First of all, I want PHP , more exactly Core PHP preferred and next javascript , typescript and some other frameworks.
Because my developers already have some experiences in web development, you should have enough and rich experiences to teach my developers.
I will give you enough salary if you have rich experience and skills so that you can teach my developers.
This is a very important to my company, so I must be serious and I will give you test project to know about your skills.
Here is some plans for teaching
- 6 hours of teaching every day
- For Sunday and Saturday, only 2 hours
- I will give you salary every week.
