PHP eCommerce website needs customization.

I have a simple eCommerce website purchased from itechscripts. Developed using Codeigniter, jQuery. I need a developer who will add a customer ticket system for the website. Both buyers and sellers can interact with the admin without registration. I mean the system user table and the ticket system table should be merged.
