PHP developper needed with experience in ERP system (Dolibarr ERP)

Dolibarr ERP module development
We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer having worked with Dolibarr ERP system.
We may need to customise/develop a module (sub-module) for the Indian GST system.
We may also need to modify a few modules.
1. Account: GST (India) module development - selecting a Billing Address/State setting for the corresponding Tax slabs - SGST, CGST and IGST.
2. Account: GST compliant Invoice templates/ Quotation template customisation
3. Manufacturing: Raw material source module
Prior knowledge on an ERP system is a must to bid for this work.
