PHP developer with experience in development of APIs for adminpanel -- 2

I am looking for a PHP developer with experience in development of APIs for an admin panel. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience. The existing code for the project is in php , Angular and mySQL as database :
- Proficient in PHP development
- Familiarity with CodeIgniter framework
- Experience in developing APIs for User Management
- Ability to work with existing documentation, although it may not be very detailed
The main requirements for this project include:
- Developing APIs for User Management in the admin panel
- Integrating payment gateway for seamless transactions
- Ensuring data analytics functionality for better insights
