PHP developer with experience in development of APIs and backend Admin Panel to connect to an app front end

My project is in need of a experienced PHP developer who is also familiar with backend development and creating/integrating APIs. This individual will be responsible for developing my application’s APIs, as well as the Admin Panel to facilitate the front end of my application. It is important that this individual be knowledgeable in connecting the backend and front-end of the application. This structure is essential to ensure efficient, accurate and secure communication between the frontend and backend. Lastly, I will need someone proficient in PHP, as well as being able to create and integrate a new API. Please go through the attached list of tasks before bidding.
