PHP developer with experience in development of APIs and Admin panel development

My project is for a PHP developer to assist me in making changes to a existing Admin panel of quiz gaming app. I am looking for someone experienced in developing APIs and experienced with admin panel development. I have a specific technology stack preference for the project, so the developer should be comfortable working with core php and building new API's and working collaboration with front end Android app developer.
