PHP developer to help build an online platform for table game like D&D

Hi,
We are looking for a professional developer who can help us build a responsive platform / website like D&D for a new table game. The idea here is to incorporate the table game and your characters assets and abilities with the character online. Alot of the updates to the players character will require an honest system with the user. But again it will help players to engage with their character online. We will look to build updates and new games but we are starting with this one.
We have added a basic site map / game project brief to this project so you will understand. We are aiming for our website to operate similar to D & D online here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/
We have bought a html and css template to use for the project so we will use that. Here:

The user accounts will be unique in that parents can create an account for their child to play with and be able to monitor who their friends are. So we need to have an ADMIN section which will show all details over the game, all players and player statistics. And 2 player accounts (parent and user account).
We are thinking the best backend language is mern php, mysql and js.
