PHP developer for yii framework needs function update and modification.

This post is uploaded in weekend but it needs to be fixed asap. It's about using the post image that is uploaded in the description box of each post into thumbnail image in the homepage. It should be low quality that dose not eats up the page loading speed but the thumbnail image should be still visible. I will be able to explain this better through message.
