PHP bases Web Application For Business

I'm in need of an experienced PHP developer to assist with backend development and database management. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both areas and able to handle tasks related to data processing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to create 6 to 8 dynamic pages
- Create and manage database structures
- Able to Upload Images using Mobile Browser (When We open link in mobile, it should be able to take images from camera and when we use Desktop, we should be able to browse the image)
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues
- No Auto bid welcome
The PHP developer should be able to work independently, follow best practices and be proactive in suggesting improvements. Previous experience with data processing, analytics, and system integration will be a plus.
