PHP admin panel work

This job is 2 parts:
1. We have an existing Admin panel made in PHP connecting to MySQL. There is a issue when uploading images to the DB. This we need fixed. We also need to add a few on/off switches.
2. If you can, we need this PHP admin panel to work with our Firebase database in a way so we can insert and edit data in the Firebase from the web-based PHP admin panel.
