PHP Xero Integration -- 2

I have an App that I want to link to Xero.
The integration should:
1. Create supplier inside Xero
2. Create Purchase order inside Xero
3. Create Payment record inside xero
I have downloaded Xero API https://github.com/xeroapI/xero-php-oauth2-starter, and its working, see this link https://epro.wemasoft.net/public/api/xero-oauth2-starter/.
However, I need to call these functions from within the app itself. I need someone to guide me on how to go about it. This can be hourly based consultation. I require someone who is open today...
