NEED 1 DAY DELIVERY

1) Need to put a space between each item that prints:

So instead of:

Have it show:

2) Need to change prices inclusive (included in price) to exclusive (Separated from price) of tax and have tax filed at the bottom above the final total shown separately.

Example:

Current – Item #1. 1.05

Final $1.05

Needed – Item #1. 1.00

TAX. $0.05
Final $1.05
