PHP Woocommerce API reply process

I need to code the answer of the calls i do to a retail API , my objective whit this project is to collect the result of the action and display in any format ( popup or any)
actually woocommerce plugin already do actions and receive some errors and responses , but i need this to be done in the current actions
- add producto ( answer?)
- add productos ( answer? how much products created , any error? any exist?)
- syc stock? ( answer? show last stock , new stock)
- Sync stock all product ( answer? list of last stock and new stock and error if exist)
- sync offer of product (annswer? active offer or not)
- sync offer of all products ( answer? last price active offer or not)

also i need to code a sync stock every time a order happen , this action need to be call async
