1. When We collect the License on the behalf of the client from the authority office , We will key in the license in the Software , information that need to be included will be as below :-
- MDA Registration Number
- License Start Date
- License Expiry Date
- Client Name
- Client E mail address
- Client Mobile Number
- Client Address
- Courier Slip No
2. 1 year before the License expiry and 6 month before the license expiry the system shall automatically send a reminder to the Client and Also a reminder to Taibah PIC on the License Renewal . If the Application Submitted a Notification will be send to the client saying that the Application has been Submitted ( The Auto Reply Messages we will draft it )
3. There is 2 Type of License :-
i) Establishment License
ii) Medical Device Registration License
4. When the client ask me a question Show me the list of License which I have registered , Including establishment license and product license , I can immediately key in their name and summary will be out .
