PHP Webpage for generating multiple routes using Google Maps

We are looking to get a webpage built where the user can
- enter a list of staff locations
- enter a list of events for each staff
We then need the page to generate multiple direction/route maps for each day for each user given that they only have a certain amount of time in each day.
Web page should be written in PHP and easy and intuitive to use.
The developer should have a good knowledge of google maps and how to calculate and display distances and directions.
A full brief and detailed algorithm can be provided on request.
