PHP Webhook to XML

I need a developer creating a small generic PHP webhook, that saves the sent data to a file on the server. Content can be saved as either JSON or XML (what's easiest for you) and the content should be saved to a unique file. The filename should be named with the actual timestamp and .xml or .json (or whatever is easiest).
