PHP Web Client Portal (Laravel)

Expert is required to develop a basic Ticket Management module in PHP (Laravel or Core PHP). The goal is to let users create, view, and update support tickets in a small web system. This module will later be added into a larger client portal, but for now the scope is just the ticketing part.

Core Features:
User login (basic auth with session).
Create a new support ticket (title, description, priority).
List all tickets for a logged-in user.
Update ticket status (Open, In Progress, Closed).
Simple admin panel to see all tickets.
Basic form validation and clean UI (Bootstrap).
