Authentication:
- Users will authenticate via Email and Password.
- Two-factor authentication for added security.
- Mobile Number verification for account validation.

Key Features:
- Order creation and tracking: Both consumers and providers should be able to manage and follow their orders.
- Notifications and Alerts: Users will receive updates on their orders.
- Product Management: Providers can manage their products and track ongoing deliveries.
