PHP View Creation for IoT-GPS Project

I'm in need of someone expertise in PHP and MySQL to create a new view in my existing IoT-GPS project codebase. You will be working with my existing MySQL database and focus on providing summaries and device statuses.
Key functionalities include:
- Display of Device statuses:
- Primary information required here is online status of the device. Ability to display battery level, connection quality are not necessary but could be added advantage.
- Providing comprehensive Summary of data:
- This might include average data per day, total data transferred, errors encountered etc. Current preference is not finalized, your suggestions on what should be included based on the data we have would be a great input.
Ideal candidate should have proficiency in PHP, MySQL along with good understanding of IoT such as GPS, ability to work with locations and device statuses. Applicants with previous experience with similar IoT projects will be preferred.
