PHP VPS Panel Development

I need a PHP panel to interact with a VPS/RDP platform via its API. This panel is intended for reselling the VPS services provided by the company.

Key Actions:
- Capability to create new VPS instances.
- Ability to start, stop, and restart VPS instances.
- Management of VPS resources.

Data Display:
For each VPS instance, the panel should display:
- VPS name and corresponding IP address.
- CPU and RAM usage.
- Disk space usage.

Authentication:
The panel should handle authentication through a simple username and password system.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PHP development and API integration.
- Experience with VPS/RDP platforms and their APIs.
- Familiarity with VPS resource management.
- Understanding of security practices related to username/password authentication.

We need also to add a crypto payment which i will provide a ready made solution to be integrated.
