PHP Text Data Extraction and Database Integration

I'm seeking a skilled PHP developer to create a program that can extract text from a website using the ChatGPT API and load this data into a database table. The program should perform this task on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Extract text from a specified website using the ChatGPT API
- Integrate the extracted text into a MySQL database
- Set up the program to run automatically on a daily basis
- There will be a Settings screen where we will define some configurations like which websites to look for, what data should be extracted , Validations to be done on extracted data , Time of Run, Error reporting etc
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in PHP programming
- Experience with API integration, particularly ChatGPT
- Familiarity with MySQL for database management
- Ability to create a scheduled task for daily data extraction
- Attention to detail to ensure data integrity and security
