PHP Symphony (frontend), Java (backend)

I need someone who can do API Implementation, API consumption, create a website using Symfony framework(Should use the API created in part 1), and complete the documentation. My budget for this is $100, and I want it completed by tomorrow at least the 1 part(backend). If you can't do it, don't place your bid.
