PHP/JS - Simple Dashboard with one Button

I need a simple dashboard that shows a database table row by row. Basically a database viewer.

It should look like this:

id - domain - title - content snippet - EXCLUDE
id - domain - title - content snippet - EXCLUDE
id - domain - title - content snippet - EXCLUDE
id - domain - title - content snippet - EXCLUDE
id - domain - title - content snippet - EXCLUDE
......

The first four columns are values of columns of an existing database.

id: int, ca 6 chars
domain, varchar, ca 30 chars on average
title: varchar, ca 50 chars on average
content snippet: varchar, ca 300 chars on average

"EXCLUDE" should be a red button. On click, it should update a column "excluded" in the database to true and button text should change to "Domain excluded" (use Javascript/Ajax).


There will be roughly 10.000 rows in the database table. Please show only 500 rows per page (meaning that a simple pagination is required, e.g. with bootstrap tables).

I can not give you access to the database, but the below schema is correct and I will change credentials myself.

It's relatively simple, there is no trick or hidden work. It's super urgent, would need turnaround below 24 hours.

I have followup work and part- and fulltime positions if you want. Cool mid-sized company, good money, no trouble.
