PHP Signature Capture

Want to capture clients signature via desktop utilizing the mouse and mobile utilizing their finger; take the php form and submit that signature image and store that image into folder. Require every signature that is placed on the webpage to be drawn from scratch. Therefore, a signature field cannot be automatically fulfilled by using a previous saved signature. There's options as e-signature pad using jquery ajax and php, but haven't been able to make it work. If possible that's also a perfect method to our end result we're looking for.
