PHP Script utilizing JSON API (Fix minor bug)

We've converted a script that downloads CSV files and imports them into our database with some additional business logic attached to it.
The new version of the script utilizes a JSON API, which then converts that response first to CSV before importing into the database due to an update from the data source (they switched from CSV only to JSON API).
