PHP Script for Web Scraping & Determine Partner

This project has 2 parts:
Part 1:
I need a PHP script that scrapes data from https://tradersunion.com/currencies/forecast/sol-usd/daily-and-weekly/. I want to get Day's Range and Forecast for Tomorrow, This Week.
Part 2:
Attached is data for 1 crypto asset. The data consist Price, Fibonacci TREND, supertrend, ADX,PDI, MDI, Based on these columns, I need a script to determine best Buy & Sell point. My current script gives the following test results - https://brenda.wemasoft.co.za/dev1/cron-test.php
Ideal Skills and Experience:
