PHP Script for QuickBooks Online Purchase Order Closure

After a conversion from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks online, we have hundreds of old Purchase Orders that are showing incorrectly as "Open".
We are in need of a PHP script that interfaces with our QuickBooks Online account. The script should take a CSV file containing a list of open Purchase Orders and mark any open lines and headers on those specific POs as "Closed".
Key requirements:
- Web interface: The script should allow for the CSV file to be uploaded via a web interface (or a MySQL table if easier). The program should be written in PHP.
- No reporting needed: Once the POs are marked as closed, we don't require any sort of reporting or output.
-Ensure the application is able to close POs even if there are items that have inventory tracking turned on.
Ideal skills for this project:
- Strong proficiency in PHP
- Experience with QuickBooks Online API integration
- Web interface development skills
