PHP Script Modification

I have a PHP script I bought for Code Canyon. My script is related to content creators where creators can sell subscription to have access to their exclusive content or sell indivdual premium post.
The script seems to have 3 roles for clients in relation to creators:
1) Normal Users | Everybody
2) Followers
3) Subscribers
Premium Post or PPV post are post that requieres user to buy them in order to have access to them.
Problem?
If you suscribe to a creator you automatically have access to thie premium post.
What needs to be done?
I want to restrict premium post | PPV Post to subscribers as well. I want to them to pay for the post in order to have access to it like Normal users or everybody.
