PHP Script - Email Extractor - SEO Audit - Bulk Email Sender

I'm looking to develop an email marketing application in order to promote our digital marketing services.
The application should automatically:
1) Grab a list of domains by specific keywords, find emails IDs
2) Generate a SEO report for each domain
3) Mass send emails to the email addresses with the SEO report.
The application should bring in the leads by sending detailed SEO reports to websites.

SEO Reports should contain:
- Number of coding errors
- Position in search engines
- Primary keywords
- List of recommended services to improve the website
