PHP SVN Diff-Files download

I need a small php html application. No access security is needed because only accessible by internal network.

On the site you should be able to set a repos_url. After submitting the repos_url the tool should checks the access. If the access is granted two select input fields (revision A, revision B) should be added containing the commit / revisions history (revision 1 - last revision + HEAD each selectfield). There is also a compare button. After clicking the button the application should list all (diff) added / modified / removed filenames between selected revision A and selected revision B. At the end of the list there should be a button for downloading all added / changed files in the correct recursive folders as a zip-file (named: [revisionA]-[revisionB].zip).
