PHP SOAP service consumer implementation with ws-security

I need to implement SOAP service consumer in PHP with
autentization mode: TransportWithMessageCredentials
autentization type: by certificate

Its enough to make communicate one of methods, the rest I suppose can be replicated by myself. In a doc there is a service description.
