I am seeking a skilled developer to create an SMS simulator using PHP or Python that can receive messages via both HTTP and SMPP and generate configurable fake Delivery Reports (DLRs) of both success and failure.
Key Requirements:
- Develop an SMS simulator using PHP or Python: The simulator should be able to receive messages via both HTTP and SMPP protocols.
- Generate fake DLRs: The simulator should be able to respond to the incoming messages with configurable fake DLRs. These DLRs can be configured for success or failure status.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PHP or Python: Extensive experience working with PHP is essential for this project.
- SMS Technologies: Prior experience in working with SMS protocols, particularly HTTP and SMPP, is highly desirable.
- DLR Simulation: Experience in generating simulated DLRs for SMS messages is a plus.
