PHP Report messages

I have a system for sending messages via whatsapp, in this system I can register several whatsapp accounts (read QRcode), it would be possible to make a php page (it doesn't necessarily need to be a php page, it can be a function in excel or vba) to extract messages of these accounts registered on my cell phone per day and with sending status (Sent, Received and Read) and save in Excel?
