PHP Problems Inside Browsers And Forms

1) THE WEBSITE
I have a website in Joomla.
In the home page I am have two PHP forms with NO extensions (no components, modules, or extensions used, just pure PHP)
The website is s***upf***ort.com (eliminate the *** to visit site)

2) THE FORMS
If you scroll all the way down, you will see the two green buttons "Message Us" and "Get A Quote"
When I send a message through the form "Message Us" I am getting the error below.
"To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier."

This error keeps happening inside Firefox Browser version 104.0.2

It does not happens inside other browsers as far as I know.
The form works but it is annoying that pop up.

3) PROBLEM ONLY ON ONE FORM
Keep in mind that this problem does NOT happens when I use the other form "Get A Quote".
This only happens with the "Message Us" form.
Both forms are very similar but I don't know why one form creates this error while the other does NOT.
