PHP Plugin for Karenderia Food App

Looking for an expert in Karenderia Food app who can add feature through an addon upload.
Requirements:

1. Create an addon when uploaded via Super Admin dashboard, enables wallet feature for merchant dashboard that in turn enables customers registering on the merchant website, allowing them to add funds to their wallet.These funds can be used along with the Payment gateway feature (full payment or partial payment of orders), similar to what we see on amazon and other food delivery apps.
2. Also, ability to upload/download existing customer list in excel file, by the restaurant owner through merchant dashboard. add ability to accept incoming merchant orders in bulk and also merchant should be able to delete orders and customers from the dashboard.
3. Create food order subscription plan for the customers of the merchant (e.g. Trial, Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Newly registered or Existing customers should get to see all the food order subscription plans. customers should be able to upgrade or downgrade the plan, but to downgrade, merchant should approve the downgrade option first.
Milestones: Milestones will be released on per task basis and when I am fully satisfied with the sub task completion. You must start development of the addon first then only I will be willing to hire you and NOT BEFORE.
Expected TAT is 24 hours and 100% Payment will be released only when I am 100% satisfied with your work delivered.
PS: I will not be able to share my url due to privacy reasons, thus developer must create the app on his server or localhost and complete the full development first and show me that it works flawlessly, then only I can hire him/her and create and release the milestones.
PS: once hired, You MUST not put any malicious code in your addon which could lead to website/data compromise in any form. If the addon is found to be malicious, it'll be raised to the upwork team and possible legal action. The addon will get checked for it's non-malicious intent by the web security researchers.
PS: Payment is FIXED and non-negotiable. If price is an issue for you, please do not bid. Trollers will be reported and blocked.
