PHP Payment Gateway (PayPal and Credit Card)

I would need a script for that to make payments on my site.
I currently use PayPal Express Checkout so I offer the payment service via paypal and by card (Visa / Mastercard, etc)
My site sells shipping labels, it often happens that users enter a lower weight and pay for that weight but in reality they should pay more so I would need a function to manually withdraw money from the account of users who purchase the services.
