PHP/MySQL wizard needed for small but complex legacy application

A mature property management application has been in use by a handful of customers for 10 years, hosted at GoDaddy. The complex code was written in php in a home-grown object-oriented style, connecting to MySQL databases using about 25 stored procedures. The technical developer died 3 years ago, but the site has continued to function well--until GoDaddy migrated to updated php/MySQL and failed to migrate the stored procedures. Everything crashed pretty hard. I need immediate assistance to get the website patched to run again, then probably some ongoing maintenance.
