PHP MySQL jQuery website like old.reddit.com

I need someone to design a site similar to Reddit in the style of old.reddit.com. It must have all the essential features of old.reddit.com, including voting, nested comments, multiple image posting in a post, posting images in comments, URL rewrite for subs, posts and comments, text formatting in comments and posts, users able to make subs, with basic options including a side bar for rules and links etc, moderation tools, admin tools, a search bar for searching subs and posts and comments. Admin and moderation tools should include multiple levels of banning people from subs or the site as a whole, including time limited bans and permanent bans. Must include measures to prevent spam and bots, including banning by IP or browser fingerprints. Must have a feed, sortable by best/new/trending/contravercial, as with old.reddit. must have admin tools for managing advertisers. Must have advertisers' tools which allow targeting of users by location, and keywords that target users by interests in subs. Must have premium version for users which removes adverts and gives users coins to buy awards to give to posts or comments. Users must have profiles which show profile of posts and comments, with option for picture and biography. Users must have a settings page with options like show/hide profile posts and comments and other settings. Must have a report feature for posts/comments that break rules. Must have a private messaging feature. Must have an appeal feature for all bans, including escalate to admins for denied appeal mod bans. Mod bans must be done by a vote among mods of that sub. Must be an inbox feature as per old.reddit.com showing replies to posts/comments and messages from mods etc. Must be the ability to block users, and have a friends/follow list that allows their posts/comments to appear in your feed etc. Ability to auto link usernames, subs and URLs in posts and comments. Ability to make link posts. Mod tools must include ability to moderate multiple subs. It must be optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile phones
