PHP / MySQL / Simple Web Application help and coaching

Looking for help for a personal project I'm doing. Trying to create a simple end to end application using WAMP. Looking for some regular help and coaching - ~ 4 hours per week for 5 weeks. You would need to be patient, helpful and good at communicating as main purpose is to teach me things, not do them for me. But it's kind of frustrating when you get stuck on something silly!
