PHP/MySQL Order Dashboard with Quickbutik & Tripletex API Integration

We are looking to develop a lightweight web-based order management dashboard using PHP and MySQL. The system must act as a middle-layer between Quickbutik (webshop) and Tripletex (accounting/ERP), allowing both manual and automatic order handling and ensuring correct customer-specific pricing.

This is Phase 1 of a long-term system that will also include product and pricing master data.

Key Features – Phase 1:
- Import orders from Quickbutik (API or CSV)
- Manual order entry screen with price lookup per customer group
- Show both standard price and customer-specific price
- Create new customer if not found (and sync to Quickbutik)
- Send order to Tripletex via API
- Inventory sync from Tripletex → Quickbutik
- PDF/email order confirmation
- Admin dashboard for viewing, filtering, and status of orders

Security: login with hashed password, role-based access, session timeout

Tech Stack:
- PHP 8+
- MySQL 5.7+
- Quickbutik API (https://speca.io/abqb/quickbutik-api-global)
- Tripletex API (https://developer.tripletex.no/)
- Hosted on standard web hosting (cron + HTTPS)

Deliverables:
- Fully working prototype hosted on our server
- Code with comments and database structure
- API connection (at least 2 test calls to Tripletex + Quickbutik)
- Short user manual or screen walkthrough

Budget: 600–800 EUR (fixed price, broken down in 2 milestones)
