PHP to Microsoft Graph API Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can help me integrate my PHP application with the Microsoft Graph API. The primary goal of this project is to automate workflows specifically related to Device Management and Enrollment services in Office 365.
Key tasks include:
- Automating device enrollment processes by providing a php script that will allow us to automate enrolment into customer tenancies and also remove devices from customer tenancies.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in PHP
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Ability to create an application to make sure this works.
- Understanding of Office 365 Device Management services
