PHP Microservice for Instagram Photo Scraping

I'm looking for a PHP microservice that can scrape the latest 100 photos from a public Instagram user's profile. The microservice should return a JSON response containing the photos and their corresponding links.
Key requirements:
- The microservice should be called with a POST request that includes the username of the Instagram user.
- It should only interact with public profiles. If a private profile is encountered, it should not return an error, but simply skip that profile.
- If the user has less than 100 photos, the microservice should return all available photos, without any error messages.
- The microservice does not need to include photo metadata in the JSON response, but it should be able to include minimal metadata like timestamps if required in the future.
