PHP/MYSQL Outlook calendar API

In the development of our project we are looking for an additional PHP function.
Our situation:
We have a web application in which the service tasks for the users are stored. When a task is added or changed for a user, it should be automatically added to the Outlook calendar of this user.
Your Task:
is to set up a connection with Office 365 Calendar on the basis of the available data (see attachment).
You create the PHP function in which we can supply the necessary data. Your function will then ensure that this data is added to the Outlook calendar. The created PHP function must be able to create new tasks and edit existing tasks directly in the Outlook calendar.
